This week Artfiles catches up with CuriousWorks - the new kids on the block, who have made the big move west to Casula Powerhouse Arts centre.

Who are Curiousworks?
We are a group of artists, filmmakers and geeks looking for ways to give people everywhere the opportunity to tell their story through digital media.

What have they been doing?
For the last little while CuriuosWorks had been loitering next to Central station, throwing some parties, dance jams and the like, but travelling far distances to work with our buddies in Western Sydney. So when we were invited to take the party permanently to Western Sydney at the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre we were pretty damn excited.

Who do you hope to engage and/or collaborate with in your new home at Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre?
CuriousWorks are up for collaborating with likeminded storytellers, artists, orgs and businesses. We are already partnering with Liverpool City Council and the Street Uni to deliver some digital media workshops, and we also have a video installation project in Liverpool CBD lined up for September called You Are Here (if you are a young person from Liverpool and want to get involved, contact us!)
